Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning prepares an empty home or apartment for its next chapter. It is designed to meet the standards landlords and realtors expect at handover, so the handover goes smoothly and owners can show or list the property with confidence.

Because the rooms are empty, we can reach everything: inside and outside cabinets and drawers, appliances, bathrooms and storage spaces, floors wall to wall, and the dust that furniture used to hide. Kitchens and bathrooms get a full disinfection.

We clean homes and apartments across South-Central Pennsylvania and nearby Maryland, and we schedule around your move date — before the moving truck arrives at your new home, or after it leaves the old one.

Yes, this service is designed for empty properties. Items left inside the fridge or cabinets are not cleaned around, so please empty them before the visit.

Will it meet my landlord's or realtor's standards?+

The checklist is built around what landlords and realtors look for at handover: kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, appliances, floors and baseboards. If you have a move-out checklist from your landlord, share it when you request the service.

Can you clean inside the oven and fridge?+

Yes, as add-ons. Interior oven, fridge, window and cabinet cleaning can be added to any move-in or move-out cleaning.

How far in advance should I book?+

As soon as you know your move date. Submitting your request early lets us plan the visit around the day you hand over the keys.

What if something isn't right after the cleaning?+
